FOUNDATION
Establishment of an orphanage on 2 April 1943 and provision of shelter and necessities of life to thirty destitute children from the riot and famine-stricken Bengal, at the behest of Quaid-e-Azam Muhammad Ali Jinnah on 6 December 1943.

Reform-oriented welfare and academic body of moderate and broad minded social workers from different walks of life.
OBJECTIVES
National reconstruction through reformation and all round development of the society by providing shelter, necessities of life and educational facilities to orphans destitute children. promotion of welfare and educational activities, Islamic values, cultural traditions and national objectives.
ACCOMPLISHMENT
Establishment of multipurpose welfare centers, comprising suitable hostels for orphans and destitute children, educational institutions, Quranic maktabs, technical institutes, vocational center for women, libraries, hospitals, dental clinics and dispensaries in its welfare centers in and around Rawalpindi.
